Below is the 2024 Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association Division 2 All-State Girls Soccer Teams, as selected by a panel of coaches in the association. To make the list, coaches must be paid members of the MIHSSCA by the time the All-District meeting is held in each particular district. Players are ranked at the district level, and then four districts feed into an All-Region team, again selected by four district representatives, where players are ranked. The state panel of coaches chooses first-team, second-team, third-team and honorable mention players. For the first time in 2023-24 school year, each district, regional and All-State list must have at least three defenders listed on each team:
